The bike has been maintained really well with all service in the last 10 years done by Vespa Portland and all recall issues have been resolved. The ECU was replaced in 2019, making it basically new. There are some dings on the paint that were fixed to prevent any rust. Lots of extras: Crash bars, extra loud horn, heated grips, big top case, and floor mat. The top case has a broken hinge, but it still works and can be repaired. The black paint was added in 2016; the Portland skyline is a vinyl sticker, not paint. This bike is made for city riding and long-haul trips alike. This is a great starter bike to know if you want a larger or smaller bike.

This Special edition available only in 2021 with unique "Giallo 75th" metallic yellow color, nubuck leather saddle in smoke grey, wheel rims painted in grey with a diamond finish and many chrome plate details. The rear luggage rack, another distinctive feature of the Vespa 75th, is also chrome-plated: it houses a round bag whose shape replicates the typical spare wheel holder. Made from velvety-soft nubuck leather in the same color as the saddle.
